One standard computer diagnostic by drop-off or remote appointment: a symptom review, relevant hardware, storage, memory, temperature, and software checks, and a plain-language summary. Repairs, parts, data recovery, extended investigation, pickup, and on-site travel are separate.
On-site, drop-off, and remote support may be available depending on the task and location. We confirm availability, appointment terms, and any travel charge before booking.
No. Parts are separate. For upgrades you can supply approved compatible parts, or pay for us to purchase them before ordering.
Often we can find out why it is slow. Causes include software, storage, memory, and heat, so we start with a diagnostic or a tune-up and explain the options. We do not promise a specific speed.
