Limitations and exclusions

• Erasing a drive or installing an operating system requires your specific approval
• Backup, data transfer, software licenses, and dual-boot setups are separately agreed
• An installation cannot repair failing hardware

Pricing

The $99 fixed price covers one Windows or Linux installation or reinstallation on one computer by drop-off or remote appointment: compatibility check, clean install, available updates and drivers, and a basic startup and connectivity test. Erasing a drive or installing an operating system requires specific approval. Backup, data transfer, software licenses, and dual-boot setups are separately agreed. An installation cannot repair failing hardware.

Hardware, parts, software licenses, hosting, travel, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless a service says otherwise. You approve a written estimate before work begins.
