Instead of waiting for something to break, a monthly plan gives your computers regular attention. Pick the level that fits: a home plan, a business plan focused on preventive care, or a business plan that adds remote support minutes.

• Business Essential does not include general helpdesk support

Plans

Pricing

Plans are priced per PC per month: Home IT Care $29, Business Essential $49, and Business Professional $89. A written agreement confirms the covered PCs and what each plan includes. There is no unlimited support. Support minutes included in a plan do not roll over. Hardware, software licenses, on-site visits, major repairs, and extra labor are billed separately. These plans do not include guaranteed response times or 24/7 support.

We confirm what is covered and the monthly price in a written agreement before we start. Work outside the agreement is quoted in a written estimate before it begins, and any additional work requires your approval. Software licenses, subscriptions, and applicable tax are itemized when relevant. Recurring payments are not set up online.
