Limitations and exclusions

• $119 per PC; licenses, hardware, and data transfer are separate
• Domain or cloud tenant administration is scoped separately
• On-site visits are billed at $99 for the first hour and $65 per additional hour

Pricing

The $119 per PC price covers configuring one workstation: user account setup, available updates and drivers, agreed customer-licensed applications, and a basic connectivity and printer check. Software licenses, hardware, domain or cloud tenant administration, data transfer, and travel are separate. On-site setup is billed at the on-site rate: $99 for the first hour and $65 per additional hour, which can be shared across several PCs in one visit.

Hardware, parts, software licenses, hosting, travel, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless a service says otherwise. You approve a written estimate before work begins.
