Server hardware, operating-system and software licenses, and cloud subscriptions are separate. Migrations of existing systems, domain redesigns, and ongoing management are quoted separately. We do not offer 24/7 monitoring unless separately agreed in writing.

Hardware, parts, software licenses, hosting, travel, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless a service says otherwise. You approve a written estimate before work begins.
