Questions about Network Troubleshooting

Is it my equipment or my internet provider?

That is what the checks are for. We narrow the problem down to a device, your local equipment, or your provider, and explain which it appears to be.

Can you troubleshoot remotely?

Often, yes. The diagnostic effort and the devices involved are agreed in the quote.

What if the problem only happens sometimes?

Intermittent faults can take longer to pin down and may need observation. Tell us when it happens and keep any error messages.
